Before committing to a container of peanuts, smart buyers always test the product. A sample tells you what the bulk order will actually be: size, color, moisture, impurity level, flavor, and — for processed items — texture and finish. At Jinkai Foods we make sampling easy and low-risk, because we know that a confident buyer is a repeat buyer.
Is the Sample Free?
Yes — our samples are free. We will prepare and send samples of blanched peanuts, raw kernels, fried peanuts, peanut butter, sunflower seed kernels, or pumpkin seed kernels at no charge. The only cost to you is the shipping/delivery fee for the courier, which is the buyer’s responsibility (standard practice in the industry).

What to Check in a Peanut Sample
A proper evaluation covers more than taste. Use this checklist when your samples arrive:
- Size and count — do the kernels match the stated count (e.g., 25/29, 29/33, 35/39)?
- Moisture — should be <5% for blanched, <8% for raw kernels, <7% for seed kernels
- Impurity — foreign matter should be ≤0.5%
- Color and uniformity — consistent appearance across the sample
- Aflatoxin documentation — request the test report; EU buyers should confirm <5 ppb
- Flavor and texture — for fried and roasted items, check seasoning balance and crunch
From Sample to Bulk Order
