Ordering & Payment
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity is 5 metric tons per product type. Trial orders are welcome to help you test our quality before committing to larger volumes.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) — 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment
- L/C (Letter of Credit) — irrevocable L/C at sight
What price terms do you offer?
We offer flexible trade terms to suit your needs:
- FOB Qingdao — for peanut products
- FOB Tianjin / Dalian — for seed products (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)
- CIF / CNF — we can arrange shipping to your destination port
- EXW — ex-factory price for customers who handle their own logistics
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order? Are they free?
Yes, we provide free samples so you can evaluate our product quality before ordering. Customers are responsible for the shipping/freight cost of samples. Sample orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days.
Shipping & Delivery
What is your lead time / delivery time?
- Off-season (March–August): approximately 10 days after deposit confirmation
- Peak season (September–February): approximately 20–30 days due to high demand
We always confirm the exact delivery schedule when you place your order.
Which ports do you ship from?
- Peanut products (blanched, red skin, fried, peanut butter): shipped from Qingdao Port
- Seed products (pumpkin seed kernels, sunflower seed kernels): shipped from Tianjin Port or Dalian Port
Can you handle shipping? Do you offer CIF terms?
Yes, we can arrange ocean freight for you. We offer CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) and CNF (Cost & Freight) terms to any major port worldwide. Our logistics team has 20 years of experience in international shipping and can handle all documentation.
What is your monthly production capacity?
- Blanched peanuts: 900 metric tons per month
- Fried & roasted peanuts: 300 metric tons per month
We maintain 2,000 tons of ready inventory to ensure stable supply even during peak season. Large orders can be scheduled in advance to guarantee availability.

How do you control aflatoxin levels? What are your test results?
Aflatoxin control is our top quality priority. We test every batch using professional aflatoxin detection equipment:
- EU standard: total aflatoxin < 5 ppb
- China national standard: total aflatoxin < 20 ppb
We can provide aflatoxin test reports (COA) for each shipment upon request.
What are the moisture content and impurity rates?

What packaging options do you offer?
We offer a wide range of packaging options:
Small retail packages:
- Cans: 100g, 125g, 150g (fried peanuts)
- Bags: 500g, 1kg, 2kg
Carton packaging:
- Blanched / fried / peanut kernels / seed kernels: 10kg, 20kg, 25kg cartons
- Roasted in-shell peanuts: 10kg, 20kg cartons
Woven bag packaging:
- Blanched / peanut kernels / seeds: 20kg, 25kg bags
- In-shell peanuts: 20kg, 30kg bags
Custom packaging: Private label and custom packaging available upon request.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products have a shelf life of 12 to 18 months from the production date, depending on the product type and storage conditions. We recommend storing in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Do you offer private label / custom packaging?
Yes, we offer private label and custom packaging services. We can print your brand logo, labels and packaging design according to your specifications. Minimum order quantities may apply for custom packaging — please contact us for details.

What is your quality guarantee if there is an issue after delivery?
We stand behind every shipment with full confidence in our 21-step quality control process. However, if you encounter any quality concern after receiving your goods, please contact us within 30 days with photos and details. Our quality team will investigate promptly and take full responsibility to resolve the issue to your complete satisfaction — whether through replacement, compensation or other appropriate solutions. Your trust and long-term partnership are our highest priority.
Can I visit your factory?
Absolutely! We warmly welcome customers to visit our factory and production facilities. Our factory is located in Junan County, Linyi City, Shandong Province — known as “China’s Peanut Hometown.” Please contact us in advance to schedule a visit, and we will arrange airport pickup and accommodation assistance.
